Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
- Standard Tracked (Evri): £3.49 — estimated 3–5 working days
- Express Tracked (Evri): £6.99 — estimated 1–2 working days
All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays and peak seasons. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will do our best to help.
