Refund policy
Returns Process You may request a return within 28 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email hello@thedailyreset.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and our returns address. Returns are to be sent using a trackable delivery service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unmarked
- Free from writing, creases, or damage
- Returned in their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days at hello@thedailyreset.co.uk with your order number and photographs.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been written in, personalised, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Policy Updates Quiet Luxury Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future orders and will be reflected on this page.
