I know what it feels like to be running on empty and still showing up. To be doing all the things — and feel nothing close to okay. To know, intellectually, that something needs to change, but have no idea where to begin without it becoming another thing on the list.
That's why I didn't make this a challenge. There's nothing to complete, no one checking whether you did it, no streak to maintain. This is just five days of coming back to yourself — one small, honest moment at a time.
I built The Daily Reset™ because I needed it. I was rebuilding my life after years of anxiety — and I want to be honest with you: the anxiety didn't just disappear. It doesn't work like that. What changed was my relationship with it. The tools, the structure, the daily practice of checking in with myself — these became the things that stopped overwhelm turning into burnout. That's what I needed. Not a cure. A way through.
That's what this is. I hope it meets you there too.
